Asked Questions
Booking Appointments ~ A credit card number
is required for all new clients to secure the date and time of desired appointment.
If you are using a gift certificate when scheduling your appointment, please
give the receptionist your gift certificate number at the bottom corner of the
card.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling ~ A 24-hour notice is required when canceling
an appointment. Insufficient notice or a no-call/no-show will result in a fee
of 50%. Gift certificates are voided if insufficient notice or a no-call/ no-show.
Gift Certificates ~ We do not except any expired gift certificates. If
a client does not book an appointment by the expiration date, the gift certificate
is voided.
Accepted Payments ~ Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Spa Finder Gift Certificates
& Indulge Gift Certificates Only!
New clients should arrive 10 minutes early for their appointment for a consultation
and to supply basic information about health history, allergies, and contact
information.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on services, including gift certificates.
No returns on products. Exchanges may be made on unopened products.
